Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must be made through our online submission system.

2. Manuscript Format

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.

Length: Articles should generally not exceed 6,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

Structure: Submissions should follow this format:

Title

Abstract (150–250 words)

Keywords (3–5 words)

Introduction

Methodology

Results

Discussion

Conclusion

Acknowledgments (if any)

References

 

3. Formatting Requirements

Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced.

All margins should be 1 inch (2.54 cm).

References must follow the [APA / MLA / Chicago / other style – choose one] referencing style.

Figures and tables should be included in the manuscript body, with appropriate captions.


4. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Submissions containing more than 20% similarity (excluding references) may be rejected.

5. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

6. Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure that their work complies with ethical standards, including obtaining informed consent (if applicable), avoiding fabrication and falsification, and acknowledging all sources appropriately.

7. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright agreement. The journal adopts an open-access policy and distributes articles under the [specify license, e.g., Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license].

8. Article Processing Charges (APC)
