The main objective of this study is: 1) to study the drop out school situation of secondary school at Paksong district, Champasak Province. 2. To study the factor and cause of drop out school of secondary school at Paksong district, Champasak Province. The total sampling of this study is principle and teacher of school at Paksong district about 177 people where 69 principles and 108 teachers. In this study we use questionnaire to ask about the factor and cause of drop out school of secondary school at Paksong district by using rating scale, so we have 5 level of scale. The statistic we use in this study is frequency, percentage, mean and standard division. The result show that in Paksong district has 23 secondary school and the total number of students is 5,167 people where 2,665 women. There are 715 people and 406 women who work as education field, where the teacher who work as secondary school has 128 people, 104 women. In addition, the dropout rate of secondary school has increasing from 12.5% in 2023 to 16.9% in 2024. The result of our second objective show that family and economy of family factor has the most influence to dropout rate of student. The second factor if the social factor and the lowest effect is the student factor where the study show the mean value that 3.62, 3.53 and 3.00 respectively.
