Abstract

Study on People Participation for planting Ginseng and Coffee to produce ODOP Production in Dak Cheung District Sekong Province. This study aimed to 1) analysis of levels of satisfaction in participation to produce ODOP production in Dak Cheung District Sekong Province. 2) to compare the people satisfaction in participation to produce ODOP production in Dax Cheung District Sekong Province, classified by gender, age, education level and income. The sample group was 234 people who lived in 5 villages are Ngone Done, Dak Vang. Dak Vor, Dak Le and Dak Cheung. The research tool was questionnaire, data analysis with descriptive statistics or basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, hypothesis testing using inference statistics such as t-test, One-Way ANOVA or F-test and post-hoc comparison by LSD.
The results of this study found that: 1) the level of people satisfaction in participation to produce ODOP production in Dak Cheung District Sekong Province, in overall was at high level, divided each process as follows: in decision process, in production processing, on receiving benefit, and assessment process. In this result shown that No.1 is on the production process, the average is 4.22 that in high level. No.2 is the receiving benefit, the average is 3.82 that in high level. For the decision process and assessment process the average is 3.29 and 2.78 in sequence those are in the moderate level. 2) the result of comparison on people satisfaction in participation to produce ODOP production in Dak Cheng District Sekong Province of the most sampling groups are male, age less than 18 years old, the education level in lower than bachelor's degree, and the income is less than 1.5 million kip. The result of hypothesis testing found that people with different gender, ages, education levels and income had no different satisfaction in the participation to produce ODOP production in Dak Cheung District Sekong Province.
