Abstract

This study is intended to: 1) to study the factors affecting the household income of the people affected by the construction of the Xepian-Xenamnoy Dam, Paksong District, Champasak Province; To study the opinion of the people regarding the restoration of their lives after being affected by the construction of the Xepian-Xenamnoy Dam, Paksong District, Champasak Province; 3) To compare the level of people's opinions on the restoration of living conditions after being affected by the construction of the Xepian-Xenamnoy Dam, Paksong District, Champasak Province. The study analyzed quantitative data using a questionnaire as a primary data study tool that examined data from a questionnaire with a Samples in this research are 250 samples, using a statistical completion program to analyze and explain the frequency, percentage, average value, standard devition, union cost and analysis of dear ness.
The results of a simulation of factors associated with household income generation, the test results found that all independent variables used in the model could explain 33.22 percent of household economic changes, with F-statistic-70.88, Prob>F=0.0000, which is less than the statistical priority level at 0.01 shows that such a balance can be applied with a statistical conviction of 99 percent.
Results of the analysis of the level of public opinion on the restoration of life after being affected by the construction of the Sepian-Shanol Dam, Bangkok, Bangladesh, which measures in three characteristics. The data analysis found that the level of opinion on pipeline construction, comments on environmental management policies and comments on contributions to the restoration of the lives of the affected people found: The opinion aspects to the construction of the Dam are averaged higher than the 4.04 peers, ranked at a greater level and less than most are ideological
The results of the comparison by distinguishing by individual factors found that people with different gender, age, education level, profession and income have different opinions at the statistical significance level of 0.05 in all aspects. Therefore; rejecting all assumptions.
