Investigating about quality assurance of producing grauated students in facudents in faculty of education at champ asack University

Case study: A satisfaction survey to evaluate the curriculum implication of Faculty of Education CU with the aim of enhancing the curriculum and making recommendations for the development of the curriculum to meet the local and social needs. The sample group is a graduate from the Faculty of Education, Department of Mathematics, English Language, and Lao language teacher 2015-2016 to 2018-2019 of whom 222 are male, 178 are female, are 29-45 years old, and have ten scholars in 10 southern provinces. The instrument used is a questionnaire for the students. And interview templates for the users. Analyze data obtained from queries using statistics (%), average (X), standard deviation (SD) and data from interviews using content analysis.
The findings: The evaluation of the environment was found to be of greatest
satisfaction with the development of the current database, with a mean of 4,11 and a standard deviation of 0,75. Overall, the degree of satisfaction with the academic environment was very high with an average of 3,67 and a standard deviation of 0,91. Assessment inputs meet the objectives of the curriculum, structure and content of courses, the properties tutor/advisor, and the budget is satisfactory on many levels, which average: 3.57 4.02, the changing standards: 0.81-0.85 of materials, equipment and facilities convenient is satisfactory in intermediate which is on average: 3.31, the changing standards.
The process evaluation found: teacher management behavior, learner learning behavior, teacher professional training, organizational learning-teaching, characteristics of working-class credentials, performance-enhancing skills, and interpersonal skills with a high level of performance: 0.79-0.89 the morale and ethics of the profession and its service and support were moderately satisfactory, with average values: 3.30-3.43, standard deviations: 0.96-0.99
Results of the 2015-2016 student-teacher productivity assessment of a sample of 400 students, of whom 381 were employed by 95.25%, employed 12 state-owned enterprises at 3.00%, and employed 7 private-sector employees with 1.75%, found that most of the graduates had a job.
The performance rating of the credit performance and the satisfaction of the end users are moderately satisfactory, with an average of 3.46 and a standard deviation of 0.92
