Abstract

This Master degree's thesis: people's participation in the development of Nonsavang Village, Pakse City, Champasak Province, and recommendations for participation in the development of Nonsavang Village, Pakse City, Champasak Province, including 4 aspects: 1) participation in decision-making, 2) participation in operations, 3) participation in benefits sharing and, 4) participation in evaluation.
Samples are collected in Nonsavang Villagers, total 315 person, including questionnaire, statistic analyze methods with Frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation value.
After study, most of the collected samples are answered by male villagers, 51 years old above, graduated high school, marriage, working as business and earned 2,500,001 kip to 3,000,000 kip, averagely at the high range to people's participation in the development of Nonsavang Village, Pakse City, Champasak Province. On this people's participation in the development, villagers are most interested in Participating in operations, follow by benefit-sharing, followed-up decision-making, and finally evaluation, respectively.
