Abstract

The objectives of the research were: 1) To study the level of satisfaction of water users with the service provided by the Water Supply State Enterprise of Luang Prabang City; 2) To study the solutions of water users to the services provided by the Water Supply State Enterprise of Luang Prabang City. Which uses study methods by using questionnaires and interviews to collect data from a sample group of 64 areas of type 1 residential water users within the Luang Prabang City in a total of 390 households and then bring the data to quantitative analysis using SPSS analysis method.

The results of the study of the level of satisfaction of water users towards the services provided by the State Water Corporation in Prabang in terms of water quality, water collection and collection services, water pressure, repair services, and public relations overall are moderately satisfied with an average value of 3.17 and The water users' solution to the service provided by the Water Supply State Enterprise of Luang Prabang City The users of the water supply have expressed their opinion on the solution by proposing to improve the water pressure, repair services to be timely with the situation, improve to have enough water supply in the dry season regularly, advertising information to the general public including public relations and other services to the general public with a total of only 35.90% of the total amount proposed for improvement.
