This study was conducted at Pathumphon District, Champasak Province, by using 4 villages, namely huanynampak villages, huanybangling villages, nongpakhaed villages, eudomphan lak 34 villages, pathoumphon District, Champasak Province, with a purpose (1) To know the factors for farmers' decision to grow cassava pathoumphone district, Champasak province, (2) Problems and obstacles in cassava cultivation of farmers pathoumphone district, champasak province., Using a sample group of 4 villages total 320 families, in education questionnaires are used to gather information, to represent the village Use random randomization methods to interview and collect the collected data for analysis both qualitatively and quantitatively By using the program to find the value of Kaisakei statistical value, average, standard deviation.
The results of the study show that age of household head, highest level of education household size, area size used in agricultural production, the price potatoes, the amount of labor used in cassava cultivation, Characteristics of agricultural production areas, a household with a tractor Lan it receive buy statistically tested with a statistical confidence level respectively 99%, 95%, 90%.
Problems and obstacles in growing potatoes
