The study of the factors affecting the decision to use the services of the Attapeu province Hospital was done by determining the sample group without knowing the exact population, determining 10 percent of the sample of 139 people, using questionnaires to interview patients face-to-face, and analyzing descriptive statistics by finding the percentage, average score, and standard deviation used to analyze personal factors and factors that decide to use the services of the Attapeu province Hospital. Different factors of service users affect different service quality, tested by using one-way ANOVA statistics.
The results of the study found that the factors affecting the decision to use the services of Attapeu province Hospital have a moderate level, with a mean value equal to 3.30 and an SD = 0.81 If we consider each aspect, it is seen that the service value factor has the highest average value equal to 3.74 and SD = 0.78 followed by the patient expectation factor with many factors with a mean value equal to 3.43 and SD = 0.79 Equal to 3.30 and SD = 0.82 the loyalty factor to the service of Attapeu province Hospital has a moderate factor level with an average value equal to 3.18 and SD = 0.83 the patient satisfaction factor has a mean value of 3.09 and SD = 0.8 and the patient demand factor has a mean value of 3.08 and SD = 0.86
The results of the test show that there are differences between occupations that have an effect on the service quality of the Attaphu Province Hospital: government employees and those who trade have an impact on the service quality of the Attaphu Province Hospital.
There is a difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05 with a value of Sig = 0.010. The rate of difference is statistically significant at 0.05 with a value of Sig = 0.020.
