Abstract

The experiment was conducted at Barchieng Agricultural Integrated Research Center, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, champasack University, at Nongsim Village Bachieng District, champasack province. During December 2015 to May 2016 on the title: Study on effects of water extracted from herb Tinospore rumphii to Prevent and eliminate Aphids and yield of Beans, the propose of this study to find productivity and concentration of extracted water from herbs Tinospora rumphii to Prevent and eliminate Aphids and yield of Beans. By using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) type contains 4 treatments of each 4 replications as details: T₁: herb Tinospora rumphii extracted water 10 ml/10 L water; T2: herb Tinospora rumphii extracted water 20 ml/10 L water; T3: herb Tinospora rumphii extracted water 30 ml/10 L water; T4: herb Tinospora rumphii extracted water 40 ml/10 L. water.

The result was effective in preventing Aphids is treatment that has extracted water from herb Tinospora rumphii extracted water 40 ml/10 L water is gave the yield equal 9.75 kg/T/R, the second T3 gave the yield 8.57 kg/T/R. and gave less yield are treatment 2 and 3 buy average yield equal 7.49 kg/T/R. According to statisticeal calculations that are different and reliability to 99%, CV equal 7.50%.
