Studying The Offline and Online Learning and Teaching Implementation at Saravan Teachers’ Training College. This is a survey research which aim to 1) to study the environment on The Offline and Online Learning and Teaching Implementation at Saravan Teachers’ Training College. 2) To compare the teachers’ and students’ satisfaction about The Offline and Online Learning and Teaching Implementation at Saravan Teachers’ Training College. 3) to study both teachers and learners’ attitudes and views on The Offline and Online Learning and Teaching Implementation at Saravan Teachers’ Training College. The samples of this are 300 samples, 70 samples are teachers and 230 are learners. The tool is questionnaire, so the finding results are:
- There have some facilities on both The Offline and the Online Learning and Teaching Implementation such as the preparation of teaching aids, gestures, questioning, making scenario, summary of lesson and evaluation. Both teachers and learners have variety level of recommendation but There also have few difficulties on the offline and online Learning and Teaching Implementation namely the amenities, the infrastructure and the ability of using advanced technology of both teachers and learners which ranged in under- intermediate level.
- There are different views between teachers and learners Online Learning and Teaching
Implementation, in the statistics of 0.05 (acceptable assumption). There are similar satisfaction on gaining knowledge on technology (deniable assumption). The teachers and learners’ satisfaction on Offline Learning and Teaching Implementation at Salavan TTC are different in the statistic of 0.05 (acceptable assumption). However, both have the similarity on facilities (deniable assumption).Each teacher has different qualification, so there is different satisfaction in the statistics of 0.05 (acceptable assumption), but the satisfaction on improving technology skills is not different (deniable assumption). Each teacher has different work experiences and has similar satisfaction (deniable assumption). Learners who have different qualification degree have different satisfaction on both offline and online, in the statistics of 0.05 (acceptable assumption), but they have similar satisfaction on improving technology skills deniable assumption).
