Abstract

The Application of Information Communication Technology ( ICT) on Learning and Teaching Implementation  at college of health sicences champasak. The three objectives are: to study the use of information technology by teachers and students at Champasak College of Health Sciences, to compare the use of information technology by teachers and students according to gender, age, experience, class and field of study and to study the views of teachers and students on the use of technology for quality and better development in the future, which is a quantitative study The population used in this study were teachers and students of the College of Health Sciences, a total of 400 people with a sample size of 196 people. which is divided into 50 teachers and 146 students. The tool used in this study is a questionnaire. Statistics for this study include: (Frequency), (Percentage), Mean (  ) and . For reference statistics are used (T-test Independent) ແລະ (F-test) From this study found that:

          Information technology usage conditions; In terms of ICT equipment, tools and online social media, there is a level of use of "much use" for the opinion on the condition of ability, goal of use and response to the information technology system is in the opinion level of "very agree" but there is still an average result in the middle level: teachers and students still have limited skills in using video and audio editing programs well, Microsoft Operating System, problems with high internet costs or slow signal, non-standard and insufficient technology equipment, lack of knowledge, understanding and expertise in the use of information technology.

          The results of the comparison between the opinions of the teachers at the university found that: the opinions between men and women, work experience and educational qualifications of teachers regarding the use of information technology in all 7 aspects are not statistically significant, But the tools and online media and the ability and purpose of using ICT are statistically significant, For the comparison of students' opinion by sex, discrimination by school year and discrimination by field of study regarding the use of information technology in all 7 aspects, there is no level of statistical significance.

          The results of the analysis of the views of teachers and students on the use of information technology in teaching and learning, which are at the opinion level of 'very agree to very agree'; For example, the institution should raise the role of using technology to promote public awareness in order to raise the role of teachers and students to have access to high-speed internet, promote and develop knowledge for students to use diverse and appropriate technologies, should develop knowledge and skills in the use of technology for teachers to be deeper and targeted and develop the technology system into the administrative work system to be more modern and appropriate.
