This research is a presentation of the results of the research: Studying the situation of applying for teaching positions of teachers in secondary schools in Champasak Province by analyzing the quantity and quality.

Purpose: to study the situation of applying for the position of teachers in secondary schools in Champasak Province. The research method is divided into 3 steps; Step 1 Study the theory and related research, Part 2 Study the situation of the problem of applying for the position of teacher in the secondary level of the province.

The results of the study of the problem of applying for the teaching position of teachers in the secondary level in the province of ChamPasak found: The result of the analysis of the situation of the teacher's position in secondary schoolsChampasak province as a whole is at a low level.

- The result of comparing the opinions of teachers with different genders by the overview is not different, yesThere are different opinions based on the assumptions made; The result of comparing the opinions of teachers with different educational qualifications as a whole is seen to be different according to the hypothesis set only in terms of educational qualifications, thinking skills, and technical performance are not different; The result of comparing the opinions of teachers with different working experience as a whole and in each aspect is not different according to the hypothesis set with a statistical significance of 0.05.
